If you can't sign in, this guide walks through the usual causes and next steps for magic links, password resets, and session/cookie issues.
Exposera supports passwordless sign-in via magic links sent to your email. If you request a magic link we will send an email; for privacy we show a generic confirmation message whether or not the address is registered. If you don't receive the email, check your spam/junk folders and any email rules, then request a new link from the Sign in page.
Use the Sign in page and the Magic Link option to request a new magic link.
If you set a password and need to reset it, request a password reset email from the Forgot Password page. Password reset emails include a secure, time-limited token. For security we respond with a generic confirmation message regardless of whether the email is registered.
Password reset links and magic links expire (see our Privacy page for retention notes). After you complete a password reset the application will revoke existing sessions for your account so other devices will be signed out — this helps keep your account secure.
Request a password resetExposera stores a session cookie when you sign in. Session lifetimes vary by configuration but are typically on the order of a day. If you complete a password reset the application intentionally signs out other devices to keep your account secure.
