Our goal is to support a creative, professional photography community. The rules below explain what kinds of images and behavior are allowed, what is prohibited, and how we enforce those rules. When you upload content you agree that you own the rights to it (or have permission to post it) and that you are responsible for marking sensitive material appropriately.
All photos, captions, metadata, and other material you upload or post to the service.
Content that may be inappropriate in a workplace or public setting (nudity, graphic language, disturbing imagery, etc.). Mark such content clearly when uploading.
Material intended primarily to arouse sexual interest (explicit sexual acts, explicit nudity in a sexual context). This is prohibited.
Landscapes, street photography, portraits, fashion, documentary, fine art, and other genre work that demonstrates artistic or journalistic intent.
Non-sexualized or clearly artistic nudity (figure studies, fine art) is allowed when labeled NSFW and when it does not depict minors or non-consensual situations.
Sensitive subjects (including violence and accidents) may be posted when presented with clear journalistic or documentary context and labeled NSFW when appropriate.
If your image contains nudity, graphic injury, or other material that could be sensitive, mark it as NSFW. NSFW content is restricted by age and visibility settings and may be hidden in search results and feeds. NSFW labeling does not permit otherwise prohibited material (for example, pornographic content, sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual images).
Any sexual content that depicts or exploits minors. We will remove such content and report it to law enforcement where required.
Images taken or shared without the subject's consent (including voyeurism, revenge porn, or images from hidden cameras).
Content whose primary purpose is sexual arousal, including explicit sexual acts or explicit genitalia displayed for sexual gratification.
Material that violates the law (including illicit drug activity, child sexual abuse material, or other criminal acts).
Content that promotes violence or hatred against a protected class or that threatens, harasses, or doxxes an individual.
Content that you do not have permission to post. We respond to valid copyright takedown notices and may remove repeat infringers.
We use a combination of user reports, automated systems, and human review to enforce this policy. We may remove or restrict access to content, issue warnings, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations. When feasible we try to notify affected users and provide an opportunity to appeal decisions through our support channels.
You keep copyright to your photos. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute the content as necessary to operate the service.
By posting you represent that you have the rights needed to post and that the content complies with these guidelines and applicable law.
We are a platform that hosts user-submitted content. While we take steps to enforce these policies, we cannot guarantee that all content complies at all times. We are not responsible for user conduct. We may preserve or disclose content in response to valid legal requests or to protect the safety and rights of others.
This policy is intended to describe our moderation approach and does not create legal rights for users. If you have questions about this policy or need to report an urgent legal issue, contact our support team.
Our community thrives when members treat each other with professionalism, respect, and honesty. These standards give concrete expectations for day-to-day behavior and how to share work responsibly.
When leaving feedback focus on constructive, specific suggestions (composition, exposure, technique) rather than personal attacks.
Treat other members courteously. Do not harass, threaten, or belittle contributors.
Sharing private information (home address, personal contact info) or coordinated harassment is strictly prohibited and will be acted on immediately.
Point to elements in the image (lighting, framing, color) and offer suggestions rather than vague judgments.
Understand whether a post is editorial, experimental, or recreational before applying critique; context matters.
Give clear credit to co-photographers, models, or other contributors when known.
Do not post identifiable images of private individuals without their consent where local privacy laws require it.
Remove or anonymize location metadata for images where revealing the location could risk privacy or safety (private residences, endangered species nests, etc.).
Occasional links to portfolios or services are acceptable when relevant and not repetitive.
Repeated promotions, unsolicited sales messages, or unrelated advertising will be removed and may lead to account action.
Only share images you created or are authorized to publish. Misrepresenting ownership may lead to removal.
Use truthful titles, descriptions, tags, and categories to help others find and understand your work.
Respect diverse perspectives and backgrounds. Avoid slurs or exclusionary language.
Add descriptive alt text or captions where possible so images are accessible to users with disabilities.
If you encounter behavior that violates these standards, use the report feature or contact support. Repeated or severe violations may result in content removal, warnings, suspension, or termination — see the Enforcement & Reporting section for more details.
